Little Acre is my home. A circa 1928 bungalow, in the Surrey Hills. My husband and I purchased it in April 2016 and have been transforming it ever since. To date we have undertaken two major renovations. The first was a new kitchen, utility, and oak floors throughout, new windows and external doors, carpet, light fittings the works. The second saw the installation of a pool, extensive landscaping and decking, separate office and barn conversion, dressing room fit out and new master bathroom. We are currently working on the third and final stage, which includes two bathrooms, a fire pit and reconfiguring of the garage. We try where possible to do as much as we can ourselves, it saves us money, but takes a lot longer. It’s a juggle folks, but as we know, totally worth it.
