Miowera Rd is a three story split level home built on a sandstone ledge. The property had been a rental property for some time prior to my clients acquisition, and it was tired and a little bland. Planning permission was granted for the addition of a deck and extensive landscaping. A new kitchen, wine cellar and utility room were installed and existing bathrooms and bedrooms refurbished. The brief was to give the home an elegant Hamptons inspired style, to blur the lines between inside and out, and to use natural materials to highlight the homes beautiful location.
